Job Description
OVERVIEW

We seek an aspiring HR professional to be our Human Resources and Admin Intern. If you’re ready to kick-start your career in Human Resources and build real-world experience with consulting, recruiting, payroll, employee development, and the coordination of HR policies and procedures, this internship for you. This internship program is strictly for 2020 Batch B Corps Members who have been deployed to Lagos State.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the implementation of HR projects and in delivering of different briefs. Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Perform central HR Administrative functions; i.e. Preparation of employee offer letters, salary letters, employment contracts, processing of leave requests, etc. Create and publish content on the blog and monthly newsletter. Efficient running of the company's social media accounts including content writing) Provide end-to-end support on all client projects with a view to improve turnaround time and client satisfaction. Prepare meeting reports and follow up on action plans. Generate a pipeline of prospective clients by making cold calls and sending emails. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field Knowledge of HR is an added advantage Confident, focused self-starter Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)e.t.c
