Requirements:EDUCATION Minimum requirement: Bsc/HND Arts or Social Sciences Added advantage: M.Sc/ M.A, MBA

EXPERIENCE
Minimum requirement: Five years experience in Office and Administrative management
Added Advantage: More than Five years experience in Administrative management.

PROFESSIONAL (MEMBERSHIPS & CERTIFICATIONS)
Minimum requirement: NIM, CIPM
Added Advantage: ISMNResponsibilities:Provide logistical support for all staff
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems, also devise ways to streamline process
Manage schedules and deadlines
Oversee facilities services like the closed user group lines and logistics fleet by monitoring the activities of service providers and artisans
Ensure prompt payment of dues and bills to relevant bodies and groups
Update and manage visa and other traveling documents for all Expatriate staff.
Maintenance of all company vehicles by effectively liaising with registered automobile repair company.
Keep records of vehicular repairs, purchases, sales and renewal of all vehicular documents and papers.
Co-ordinates staff and visitors travel schedule to ensure it does not suffer from complications and delays.
Monitor the installation of DSTV satellite dish and ensure regular payments of bouquet dues.
Update organizational memberships
Effectively maintain and manage office equipment
Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement
Maintenance of office services; Supervising of clinic and canteen services
Other duties as maybe assigned.Benefits:Medical Coverage
