Job Description
1. Extending digital television advertising business, developing new client and achieving aggressive but realistic targets within a specified time frame.
2. Generate revenue via introducing clients to advertise in our platform.
3. Develops, implements, and manages the company's advertising strategy,
4. Creating campaign budgets, negotiating client contracts
5. Manages a group of advertising sales representatives.
6. Managing customer relationship and keeping strategic relationship with key client
7. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
8. Effectively communicates the value proposition through proposals and presentations
9. Prepare Data analysis on our profile, subscriber base
10. Prepares weekly/monthly departmental reports.

Education background
Minimum of HND, Degree
major: Advertising, marketing , journalism or other related field.
Essential Knowledge
Work Knowledge
Proficient on the process of operation TV advertising business and know very well about the demands of customer; familiar with operating model of marketing activities and advertising promotion
Language: English
Computer skill: Micro-Soft Office. Power point. Good user of Excel.
Having good experience in sport sponsorship or in advertising promotion
Work experience required
At least 8-10 years experiences of TV advertising sales with a verifiable track record of sales achievement; having stable customer resources who have a capabilities and willing to put up an advertisement on our platform.
