Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced architect / interior designer with a minimum of 5 years experience to coordinate a project at finishing stage.

Job Description
Individual will assist in proposing interior design ideas, and also
coordinate subcontractors.

Person Requirement:

Bsc/MSC in Architecture or any related field
Experience in autocad. Sketchup, 3d max and revit is an advantage.
Experience in project management is an advantage
5+ years of Experience.

Responsibilities
· Oversee architectural and interior design concepts
· Conduct market research for finishing materials
· Co-ordinate with field personnel and review proposals
· Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure conformance to design and interiors
· Give weekly reports on snags and ensure prompt correction.
