- Must be up to date with technology, industry trends, and regulations.
- Must have the basic knowledge of drafting and design
- Must have good Interpersonal relationship with team member
- Must have good working knowledge of basic arithmetic, Science and technological principles
- Must have good analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:- Will plan, and also implement the designed structure
- Will ensure building plans, are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably
- Will assist team member to achieve the aim and objective on every structure within it specific time frame
- Will identifying and solve problems in building plan, and structures to ensure it fit to specification
- Will ensure building system are achievable, and safe to implement
- Will engage in frequent site visit periodically
- Will test and evaluate building systems to find problems and it possible cause
- Must be able to comprehend and also analyze complex technical document
- Will consult with clients on building project on regular intervals
