Requirements:- Bsc / HND / ND / NABTEB in any related course from a reputable institution
- Supervisory experience is required, preferably within a restaurant
- Must be a computer literate
- Basic accounting and arithmetic skill
- Leadership skill with an affinity for capacity development.
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Innovative, Industrious, trustworthy, and humble
- Ability to work overtime and on weekendResponsibilities:- Opening and closing the restaurant entrance door
- Inducting, mentoring and training new staff member
- Willing to resolve customer question in a professional manner.
- Conduct payroll activities in an accurate, and timely manner.
- Will ensure that the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Will Purchase new ingredients, kitchen utensils, and equipment as stock is damaged
