Job Summary:
The Associate Stylist will support multi-brand Style Managers and report to the Style Director. The Associate Stylist will assist with preparation for seasonal on figure photoshoots, soft style product and outfits for brand websites, emails, and social media outlets. Candidates for this position must be highly adaptable and capable of working in a fast paced, business reactive environment.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
Communicate with Sourcing/Production Department; collect and organize all seasonal samples
Adhere to cross-functional and department calendars to ensure wardrobe, style outs and presentations deadlines are met
Support Style Managers with wardrobe for all seasonal photoshoots based on creative concept and merchandising needs for on figure photo shoots and soft styling for website, emails, and social media outlets.
Work with team of Wardrobe Assistants and Tailors prepping/executing photoshoot fittings and shoot dates
Work with team of In House Retouchers to provide accurate product post photoshoot
Support the Concept Art Director, Photoshoot Art Director, Stylist Director and Digital Art Director on creative SVP and CEO facing documents, Photoshoot Shotlists, model casting and asset identification process
25% domestic travel depending on location of photoshoot
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, styling, designing, or a similar subject is beneficial
3+ years of experience in on set/soft styling
Experience with in house wardrobe styling and photoshoot coordination
High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
High proficiency in Adobe In Design
