Bartender

Responsibilities:Mixing Drinks: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages such as bubble teas, Chapman, smoothies, and milkshakes.Customer Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to customers, taking orders, suggesting drinks, and engaging in conversation.Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the establishment's drink menu, ingredients, and specials, and help customers make informed choices.Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils.Compliance: Adhere to legal and safety regulations, including checking IDs to verify the legal drinking age and preventing overconsumption.Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns or complaints tactfully and promptly, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Entertainment: Engage customers by providing entertainment, such as preparing drinks with flair, performing tricks, or participating in themed events.Requirements:Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.Experience: Prior experience in bartending or the hospitality industry is mandatorySkills: Proficiency in mixing drinks, knowledge of drink recipes, and the ability to create new and innovative cocktails.
