We are currently focused on building technology to enable;
Identity?: Human identification and verification.
Problem: Currently only 20% of our society’s population has a national identity and no robust infrastructure for human identification/verification for businesses.
Objective: To enable the enrolment of 50million Nigerians into the National identity system and to build an identification infrastructure that can enable businesses to serve and reach more customers digitally.

Problem: Only 40m Nigerians are currently banked while about 120m unique Nigerians have a mobile phone. 65% of financial transactions are done by cash.
Objective: Unlocking access to financial services for anyone with a mobile phone.
Learning:? Knowledge to improve society’s human capital.
13m kids are out of school and there's a huge shortage of skilled labour.
Data?: Smarter decisions with Data.
Problem: The current approach to data collection is tedious and tasking. Organizations still struggle with the use of paper forms in collecting data and the inability to expand data collection to inaccessible areas.
Objective: To enable seamless data collection and analysis of Data to generate insight for decision making.
Each focus area is a product and functions as a Division or standalone company in tackling the problem.
An internal service division also exists to serve enterprise customers in our areas of focus.

Job Profile
As the Account Associate for Retail, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and attracting new clients. You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of our products.
As an Account Associate, Retail, your job responsibilities will include the following;
Promote and sell our Retail products to target customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Meet or exceed sales goals.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
Other specific responsibilities as defined.
You’ll be a good fit for this position if you have;
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
1-3 Experience in a similar role in a similar capacity
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
