Responsibilities:Develop, drive and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, Student conversion and revenue growthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's market presenceConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media and traditional offline channelsCollaborate with cross functional teams to develop and refine services based on market feedback and demand.Analyze risks proactively, so as to make optimal business decisionsPrepare and present prompt regular reports to management on marketing and business development activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related fieldMinimum of 3 - 4 years proven experience in a marketing and business development role with a track record of achieving targets and driving growthProficiency in Digital marketing, content creation and designProven negotiation skills combined with the ability to close business dealsStrong understanding of marketing trends, digital platform and customer behavior.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all level.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing plansResults-oriented, self-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a teamProficiency in marketing tools, CRM Software and Microsoft Office suiteExperience In the Travel and Study Abroad Agency is a plus.Remuneration: NGN250,000 and with performance-based incentives
