JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job functions of Business Development Manager include Marketing: Sales: Admin and Operations:
A Business Development Manager will in the immediate develop an operational revenue structure on the field.
The structure consists of Enrollment Centres and minimum number of classified Partners to be enrolled as basis for basic operations on our Program.
They will assist the Enrollment Centres to achieve marketing and sales projections; and guide them in prospecting for customers and implementing programs to achieve profitable business and sales growth.
They will coordinate all the human and physical resources assigned to their Work Centre to ensure profitable business growth and seamless operations.

REQUIRED SKILL:
Good communication, interpersonal, marketing, sales, managerial and administrative skills.
Skill to work in target-oriented environment to achieve sales and business targets.
REQUIREMENT:
University Bachelor’s degree.
Graduates with 10 - 15 years post NYSC exposure.
REMUNERATION:
Business Development Manager will earn monthly salary with sales commission ahead of confirmation on the job.
