Job Summary
This person will ideally have significant experience in securing new business for companies and have experience operating in a startup environment. We're not looking just for a sales person, but for a person capable of building and finding new business. The person will also be tasked with building out crucial pieces of our recycling value chain including plastic collections partnerships, transportation partnerships, delivery services, and customer offtake agreements. An MBA is a plus. Most important is someone who has a proven track record selling new services into corporate environments (multinational) and building new operations or value chains.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
? Presents and sells company services to potential clients.
? Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to identify new leads.
? Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
? Identifies sales prospects and contacts these and other accounts as assigned.
? Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Able to penetrate government and regulatory organisations to secure government cooperation and regulatory permits and licenses if required.
? Prepares paperwork to activate new services and documents activity in our Customer
Relationship Management tool.
? Develops and implements special sales activities to increase sales.
? Participates in marketing events such as chamber of commerce events, trade shows, and
telemarketing events.
? Proactively communicates with other departments like finance, operations, collections, and
customer service.
? Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
? Ensures resource availability and allocation
? Develops a detailed project plan to track progress
? Manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
? Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
? Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Management or engineering for technical project managers with an MBA or equivalent.
? Startup experience will be ideal.
? Experience selling services to multinationals
? Understanding of the recycling value chain
? Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
