Details of the offer

Main Responsibilities:
Meeting with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities to increase market share and revenue within government and corporate organisations
Developing creative and innovating proposals, quotations and tenders for inquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets
Aggressively gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions.
Work with the event execution team to identify new opportunities to deliver innovative event management services
Create room and branding layouts for each proposal
Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients
Assist with managing on-site production and clean up for events as necessary
Attend trade and public events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities
Anticipate proposal needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision
Event Administration:
Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to Event
Execution Manager for each event project.
Keep track of event finances including payment requests, invoicing, and reporting.
Coordinate appointments and visits to see venue space, and scheduling of events on the calendar.
Prepare and modify event contracts as requested

Role Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management/Public Relations/Business
Administration is preferred
At least 5-7 years of expereince business development/account management/client services experience/project management
Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and personal presentation skills
Ability to develop effective presentations and proposals and be able to deliver these to decision-makers
Effective networking abilities

Role Reports To: Managing Partner
Salary Band: N3,000,000 – N4,800,000 per annum dependant on experience
Bonus Structure: 5 – 10% of management fee on key accounts managed (eligible after confirma
