Details of the offer

Requirements:Previous experience in a senior administrative role in a corporate environment;
Understanding of financial administration and data analysis for invoicing, forecasting and reporting;
Advanced computer literacy skills particularly in Excel;
High level of aptitude in regard to IT issues, systems and processes;
Superior communication skills and the ability to write clearly and edit accurately to publish quality, easily understood information for internal and external audiences;
Strong understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity; and
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting;
Assist RPS Finance at month end to generate client invoices;
Liaising with contractors by setting up service agreements, assigning costs to projects, tracking hours and expenditure and processing supplier invoices through to RPS Accounts Payable;
Maintain monthly team financial summary files for utilisation, revenue, results against budget and forecasting and providing this data to the General Manager at month end;
Provide guidance to staff for processing of expense claims against personal cards and processing of corporate card items;
Assisting the General Manager with Proposal documentation in readiness for submission;
Booking travel, accommodation and preparing itineraries as required;
Set-up of meetings / conferences, invitations and catering as required; and
Manage office equipment and office maintenance (except IT and equipment leases).
