Requirements:- Bsc / HND in Mass communication or in any related course
- Experience in the field may be preferred
- Excellent telephone conversation, and perfect listening skill
- Must be able to speak fluently and write correctly in English Language
- Must be a computer literate and with good typing skill
- Ability to resolve fued and diffuse tension within team member
- Ability to speak more than one language is preferredResponsibilities:- Will receive and make multiple phone calls with prospective customers
- Will work hard to maintain high quality of service provided to the customer
- Will use listening skill to understand the needs of the customer before offering them the possible solution
- Will respond efficiently to customers and create a positive impression
- Must be calm while dealing with aggressive customer and ensure to provide the best solution to resolve their problem
- Must have good Interpersonal relationship with team member
- Will ensure all calls are transferred to the appropriate quota if required
- Will engage in continuous training and strive to improve existing skill
