Requirements:Popcorn distribution manager #50,000 (with commission- active listening. - adaptability. - creativity. - decision-making. - dependability. - must be a people's person - proven call center representative experience or customer support experience - track record of over-achieving set quota - strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers - excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Responsibilities:- manage large amounts of incoming communications minimum of 400 calls daily - provide accurate, valid and complete information to customer at all time - meet personal/customer service team sales targets and communication handling quotas - generate sales leads from various communication channels - identify and assess customers? Needs to achieve satisfaction - build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication - ability to retain the right information received from clients and communicate to information received to the appropriate team - handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - keep records of customer interactions, process customer request and give report - follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - take the extra mile to engage customers when necessary Benefits:SALARY
