Responsibilities:Develop and implement efficient channel strategies that are in line with the overall business objectives to increase sales and market penetration. Management of daily operations including sales, field operations, direct sales, channel optimization, customer service, product sales.Identification, onboarding, and management of channel partners, including distributors, agents, and retailers. To assure their success, develop trusting working connections and offer continual guidance and training.Success in Meeting Sales Goals: Set channel partners' sales goals and keep a careful eye on their progress. Create incentive plans and marketing initiatives to encourage and honor partners that surpass sales targets.Conduct routine market analysis to spot trends, opportunities, and threats. This should include competitor and customer information. Use this knowledge to improve performance overall and channel tactics.Product Distribution: Create and implement dependable and effective procedures for product distribution to enable prompt delivery to channel partners.Educate partners and customers on product portfolio and other services offered.Ensure that the company is always in full compliance of all provisions with regulatory body.Create annual and periodic budgets for the department and ensure that and monitor and review actual costs versus budgeted costs.Assist in achieving the financial objectives of the company by following guidelines established in profitability and pricing; review the team pipeline to determine the revenue expectations; develop strategies for increasing profitability and decreasing processing times.Constantly review team performance and advice on follow-up or next stepsLiaise with all vendors associated with our products to ensure good performance.Ensure we achieve full coverage of all the local governments and communities in Enugu.Adhere to all Company policies and procedures inclusive of following communication procedures, securing proprietary documents and expense report.
