Tasks of the candidate:
• Ordering the required products in coordination with the kitchen manager
• Guarantee and implement the quality, quantity and planned production of its operating area, while observing and following specified prescriptions
• Training of new employees, monitoring of the educational content and checking the reference book of the trainees working in this post.
• Checking the cleanliness of the premises and work equipment
• Ensuring that the team follows high standards of food hygiene and adheres to the Health and Safety Standards (HACCP).
