Client Operations Lead (Ooh Advertising)

Responsibilities:Oversee the entire client life cycle, from onboarding and campaign development to flawless execution and reporting.Lead and manage a dynamic team of account managers and creatives, ensuring they have the resources and support to succeed.Foster strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their needs and delivers exceptional service.Collaborate with the sales team to secure new clients and develop strategic OOH advertising proposals.Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to maximize client ROI.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the OOH advertising industry, specifically within the Nigerian market.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in OOH advertising or a related field, with a strong focus on the Nigerian market.Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and coaching teams to achieve ambitious goals.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.A deep understanding of project management best practices and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., project management, CRM).Active membership in APCON (Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria).This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of a dynamic industry and make a real impact.
