Job Overview
As a Client Service Manager, you are responsible for endtoend management of the clientele. From first consultation to production of final clothing, you are to be in constant communication with the client on every stage of production. You will work with the team (Menswear Consultant, Asst. Fashion Designer Womenswear and Pattern/Production Manager) to produce clothing’s according to high standard and quality.
Responsibilities and Duties
Attend to all client orders
Liaise with the Designer and Consultant to discuss designs and Clients needs.
Work with Finance Director to create invoices in line with client orders.
Provide weekly report and analysis on all productions and activities to the Creative Director.
Manage processes and procedures to achieve high levels of productivity.
Manage Team member's to produce results and provide seamless customer experience.
Ensure standardization of all products.
Monitor production planning process and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are in place and production targets are met.
Work with Stock Manager to create budget and financial analysis.
Ensure all materials are organized at each stage of production and processing.
Communicate with the client and maintain feedback loop for all designs
Liaise with Finance Director to manage all operational needs
Ensure discipline among team members and tailors inclusive
Hold weekly team meetings (Beginning and End of week) to cover grounds on all activities
Hold Meetings with the Client alongside the Designer and/or Consultant to review final products and fittings.
Qualifications
BSc or BA in Management, Accounting or other relevant degrees.
Good Knowledge or Enthusiasm about Fashion
3+ years proven experience in administration and operational activities.
Sound knowledge of data analysis
Proven use of CRM’s
Proven use of Computer Information Systems.
Ability to create detailed reports.
Great Communication and Emotional Intelligence Skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to work to a deadline.
Ability to lead a team and work with a team.
Good use of computers and MS Office.
