Club/Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:Improving the Club and restaurant marketing strategy and workshopping ways to increase revenue Building loyalty between clients/customers and the restaurant and clubEncouraging feedback for improvement Agreeing and managing budgets overseeing the entire operations and staffs of the Restaurant and clubCreating staffing rotas.Planning menus.Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.Promoting and marketing the business.Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.Handling customer enquiries and complaints.Taking reservations.Greeting and advising customers.Problem solvingRequirements:Minimum academic qualification of HND/B.SC/ Masters degree in any disciplineLocation:AIT Road Lagos state(Candidates who live in the environs or within short commutable distance from the location are preferred )
