Job Overview
The Community Manager is in charge of the daily administration of the ongoing programs, ensuring efficient and effective management of the programs. The community manager is expected to adhere strictly to all timelines and ensure that participants have a proper understanding of how the program works.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop and adhere to timelines created for the programs
Manage all communities and drive engagement
Develop and follow up on all content required for the programs.
Ensure proper onboarding of all participants into the programs
Ensure all content is timely uploaded and accessible
Ensure prompt attention to all matters arising from participants on the programs
Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
Supervise all activities and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Gives updates to CEO about the condition of the programs through periodic reports
