Roles and Responsibilities - Conduct social cohesion activities, dialogue platform meetings, and community initiatives following aparticipatory and conflict sensitive approach in the project’s target communities
- Support FieldCoordinator,National Trainer,and Psychosocial Support Specialistwithlogistics for trainings,mobilizationofparticipants,andotheractivitiesasneededwhentheyareimplementingactivities under the RESILAC project
- LiaiseandshareinformationwithRESILACpartners(ACFandNeemFoundation)andtheirfield teamstoensurecoordinationofactivitiesandparticipantselectionisinlinewiththegoalsand objectives of the overall project
- ManagecommunicationwithvolunteersandCSO/CBOpartnersandsupportcapacitybuildingfor CSO/CBO partners
- HaveathoroughunderstandingoftheprojectandbeabletorepresentRESILACateventsand meetings where necessary, particularly the LGA Steering Committee meeting
- Ensure all logistics and financial documentation for the project activities follow Search’s policies andcompliance measures
- Document all project activities by writing thorough activity reports and collecting data for indicator trackers
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to adapt programming to further support social cohesion in target areas and to ensure the full RESILAC project is conflict sensitive

Qualifications To apply:
Education
- University degree or equivalent in Social Science, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of community work
- Experiencing coordinating activities within a large project.
Other Relevant Requirements
- Strong cross cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and systematic, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working in different communities in Borno State
- Experience working with refugees, IDPs, host communities, and other vulnerable populations
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Knowledge of a local language (Hausa, Kanuri, Shuwa) a must
