Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVES
The primary objectives of the position are:
i. Preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing.
ii. Planning menus, preparing recipes, cooking and ensuring that food quality and taste is
of the highest standard.
iii. Preparation and cooking of all food items according to preparation checklist, recipes,
quality standards, and presentation standards.
iv. Delegating tasks to kitchen and restaurants staff to ensure meals are prepared and served
in a timely manner.
v. Maintaining strict adherence to company’s standards of hygiene, quality, health and
environmental safety.
vi. Any other job that may be assigned from time to time.
