Requirements:Open and maintain customers account by recording account information
Resolve product or service problem by clarifying the customer complaint determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve
Problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.Responsibilities:Minimum of OND in any related discipline

Other Requirements:

Proven customers support experience and track record of over- achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM system and practices character
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi task prioritize and manage time effectively.

Salario: 50000.00 - 13000.00 NGN Monthly
