Job Description
MSport is an international online betting platform, which is currently operating in Nigeria and Ghana.
With the sustained growth of MSport, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agents who are good at handling
Chats, E-mails, Calls and Social Media inquiries & complaints and always
paying attention to the Customers and understanding the Customer’s needs.
POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Skills and Requirements:
1. At least HND/Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Outstanding Hausa or Igbo language (Fluently spoken and written).
3. Outstanding English level (Fluently speaking and written).
4. Good Customer Management skill
5. Understands how to work with MS Office, like Excel, Word, etc.
6. Effective communications skills are required (oral, written, computer).
7. Excellent customer service skills are necessary along with the ability to create and maintain effective
relationships with internal and external customers.
8. Ability to multi-task and adapt to change is
critical.
9. Familiar with Sports betting (added advantage)
10. At least 2years Call center experience.
Job Description:
1. Answer customer service calls/chats/emails in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
2. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and
external customers.
3. Understand Customer Care and is capable of acquiring Feedback from the Customer’s Needs.
4. Assists the manager with daily operation of the call center to include the development, analyses and
implementation of staffing, training, telemarketing, scheduling and
reward/recognition programs.
