Job Description
The customer service personnel will be an integral part of our company that should be able to:
Provide support and solutions to customers under the company’s business rules and vision.
Interacts with customers effectively and efficiently via phone calls and social media channels.
Provides answers to customers’ inquiries in various communication channels regarding order status.
Educate customers about the company’s products and services
Daily review of orders for possible issues regarding abandoned or uncompleted orders, pending orders, etc.
Working with web application like Shopify to pull and assess customer information and order status.
Must be able to work daily shift as scheduled by the company
Qualifications
BSC and above; 3 Years of experience in customer service position
Work under pressure and self-management capacity
Customer satisfaction -oriented attitude and capability
Computer skills, especially for office suits
