Customer Service Assistant
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistant to provide support to our clients remotely using email and phone communications. On a daily basis, you will access emails, tickets from customers, answering questions about our products or services, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or complaints.
You will access our customer billing program and ensure orders are fulfilled. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of administrative or customer service experience with strong Windows computer skills, but we are willing to train the right person. Ideally, we are looking for a degree or certificate in computer science.
Customer Service Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
Handle customer complaints or concerns
Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
Perform general administrative tasks, such as monitoring programs, reporting issues and ensuring all programs are running
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management
Customer Service Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or degree in computer science, business admin, marketing, customer relations or any related fields
1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative, personal assistant/secretary role
Outstanding phone and email etiquette
Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Able to learn new computer programs and understand basic networking protocols such as Remote desktop protocol (RDP), VPN, Proxy
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and/or Windows Server 2012 OS and Remote Desktop Connection
Strong knowledge of social media platforms
Proficient in Skype and Telegram programs
Exceptional communication skills
Flexible schedule
