Responsibilities
Performs in store and online customer service and sales rep duties
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about our products and services
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer?s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Keep records, and reconciling of all Sales and Customer updates
Provide innovative ideas about how Company should manage Customers
Uphold records of company policies and procedures
