Job Description:
A successful customer service Representative help business develop strong relationships with their clients and customers, help to answer customer questions and also help resolve problems, process refunds and make suggestions regarding the purchase of additional products and services.

their main duties include communicating with clients and customers about their experience with a product or service, providing advice on purchasing products or service.
Answering client or customers questions about properly using or accessing a product or service, listening to customers or client complaints or and working to resolve their issues.
