Job Summary -
We require a young, bright and vibrant individual, who can work under little or no supervision to be part of an eCommerce evolving fashion organisation.
The job is simply for a few individuals to take full ownership of ensuring that the website and our social media handles has enough and available products to be displayed and properly merchandised to our customers.
The job requires a candidate with an exceptional customer service, as this is a client facing role. The ideal candidate will be receiving calls from customers, chat with customers and ensure that our customers are always satisfied.
The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that customers packages are transported to our partner logistics company for safe delivery to the customers
The ideal candidate will promote the company across Nigeria by providing suggestions to this effect
