Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities:? Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational counsellors interested in studying abroad.? Conduct initial consultations to understand students' academic aspirations, interests, and preferences, and provide personalized guidance on suitable study abroad options.? Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the application process, addressing questions, and concerns, and providing ongoing support.? Provide comprehensive information about study abroad programs, including academic offerings, admission requirements, tuition fees, and visa procedures.? Assist students in selecting appropriate universities, colleges, or language schools based on their academic goals, budgets, and preferences.? Advise students on program-specific requirements, such as language proficiency exams, standardized tests, and application deadlines.? Facilitate connections with local resources, support networks, and alumni communities to enhance the student experience and promote academic success.? Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions.? Prepare students for visa interviews and assist with visa applications.? Guide students through the application process, including completing application forms, submitting required documents, and preparing for interviews or admissions tests.? Coordinate with international universities, admissions offices, and immigration authorities to ensure timely processing of applications and visa approvals.? Track application statuses, follow up on pending requirements, and provide updates to students and their families throughout the process.
