Job Description
We are Crystal Clear. We are a new global media company
with subdivisions in a record label (Crystal Clear Records) in digital media.
We are an experimental and innovative brand for the New Millennium committed to
developing, producing and promoting unforgettable musical experiences.
We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketer to join our
music marketing team at Crystal Clear Records
. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our
digital marketing operations for artists.
Your
central goal
is to strategize how to boost awareness and engagement, leading to increased
visibility and sales of assigned projects.
Our ideal candidate is a HIGHLY CREATIVE, passionate, and
smart person with experience in marketing, strategy developing,
and analytics
. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and
analytical skills.
YOUR DUTIES:
- Work closely with Crystal Clear Directors and Artists in developing individual digital strategies
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
- Develop and implement strategies for artists Afro-pop, Pop, and R&B artists
- Find digital promotional opportunities
- Oversee and manage campaign executions and digital projects
- Keep up with the Digital World and Trends to help keep the company on top of updates and
marketing opportunities
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
BRING YOUR VIBE:
• Experience in global music digital marketing (preferred)
• Expert-level understanding of the technology and marketplace powering today and tomorrow’s digital music industry
• Extensive experience in advertising, CRM, fan engagement and analytics (preferred)
• Ability to forge strategic marketing partnerships with platforms and content creators
• Ability to work as a team!
• Desire to be on top of every new digital trend, meme, and platform
• Strong grasp of collaboration and asset management tools
• Excellent presentation, communication and analysis skills
• Passion for bringing music to the world in innovative ways
• Ability to handle multiple projects and operate effectively in a high-pressured environment
• At least 5+ of experience in digital marketing (ideally
experience in MUSIC marketing preferred)
• Bachelor’s preferred.
