About the Digital Marketing Manager Role
Tuteria is looking for a growth marketing genius to help lead growth, and execute programs that optimize our revenue funnels. You'll be expected to have deep digital marketing expertise across paid and unpaid channels, tools, and ad technologies, and have a track record of driving continuous, exponential growth through innovative campaigns, strategies, and hacks.
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Tuteria, you'll be responsible for leading campaigns end-to-end — from conception to research, defining objectives, execution, tracking, analytics and reporting. You’ll lead customer acquisition and retention efforts across the business, including social media, search engines, content, email, etc; while testing out new, unconventional ways to grow Tuteria’s bottom line.
You’ll work with the CEO and other teams to set ambitious growth goals in line with the company’s financial goals, and then go all out to make them happen. In addition to having stellar digital marketing expertise, you’ll bring creative thinking to all campaign planning and a high entrepreneurial spirit by taking ownership of Tuteria’s continued revenue growth.

This is a full-time role based in Tuteria's office in Gbagada, Lagos, Nigeria.
What you'll be doing
You will:
•develop strategic customer acquisition and retention plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI.
•execute marketing and re-marketing campaigns across various traction channels like search engines, social media, affiliates, referrals, emails, SMS, etc.
•develop, monitor, analyze and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable outcomes.
•segment and interact with customers, study trends and analytical data to deepen our understanding of our customers.
•experiment with new, creative and unconventional ways to acquire and retain customers, and properly document learnings.
•collaborate with product and customer service teams to optimize all revenue funnels end-to-end including landing pages, tools, forms, communication channels, and sequence, etc., in order to improve overall conversion rates.
•work with the product team to incorporate growth, distribution, tracking, SEO and conversion strategies into every product.
•perform simple SEO audits and carry out ideas to optimize Tuteria’s search results and better use Google Search tools.
•champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the company.
•use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns.
