Draftman

Responsibilities:• Designing/Drafting Shop Drawings, As Built drawings for ELV and Building Management System (BMS) for Projects related to infrastructure projects, Star Hotel projects, High Rise Towers, Airport projects, Metro projects, all projects assigned.• Drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers / grill sizing etc. and plumbing, drainage andfirefighting layouts.• AUTOCAD drafting of electrical works such as house wiring, inverter power system, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, and other works like Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings, for all project assigned.Requirements:• Possess HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related Courses.• Minimum 3 years Experience in AUTOCAD DESIGNs• The ideal Candidate should have exposure to working of MEP/Electrical services.• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if the situation demands.• Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.• Ability to use other design applications such as CorelDraw. Photoshop etc.• Good communication skills both oral and written.• Demonstrate skill in the use of Microsoft Office and other related applications.• Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead a team to deliver great results.• Proficient in the use of design softwareNote:Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and should be ready for immediate interview.
