Requirements:EDUCATION Minimum requirement: Bsc/HND Facility Management, Social Sciences or Engineering Course
Added advantage: M.Sc/ M.A.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum requirement: Five years experience in Facility management
Added Advantage: More than Five years experience in Facility management.

PROFESSIONAL (MEMBERSHIPS & CERTIFICATIONS)
Minimum requirement: Certification in Facility management.Responsibilities:Ensure all contract works in all the companys facilities are executed to terms of agreement with service providers.
Schedule regular inspection of companys facilities to determine or ascertain when repairs and renovations may be required.
Coordinate the activities of external contractors when working on company projects in a most cost-effective manner without giving compromise on standard.
Review monthly utilities consumption and strive to minimize cost.
Oversee effective hygiene management of residences by monitoring activities like waste disposal, sewage control, horticulture and so on at the residential properties
Keep record of the history of each building i.e. construction and renovation details, maintenance schedule, etc
Control activities like parking space allocation and building security
Keep proper inventory of purchased, allocated, damaged and replaced household items and appliances
Responsible for residence management such as the cleaning of the companys residences
Oversee all maintenance and repairs in companys residences.
