oversee contracts and providers of services including security, repairs of facilities, vehicles, parking
supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, transport and security
ensure that all building facilities are well-maintained
manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
allocate and manage space within buildings
ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
advise on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments
draft reports and make written recommendations
