Facility Manager

Responsibilities:A facilities manager is a professional who oversees the daily operations and collaborates with various stakeholders,including school administration, faculty, staff, and external serviceproviders, to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the school'sfacilities.He will oversee the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of our school campus, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.Requirements:Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate andcollaborate with diverse stakeholdersAbility to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAbility to work effectivelyboth independently and as part of a diverse team.Strong organizational and timemanagement with a keen eye for detail.Strong leadership andproblem-solving skillsKnowledge of relevant healthand safety regulationsProficiency in usingcomputerized maintenance management softwarePassion for education and acommitment to promoting the values and vision of our International school.Effective interpersonal skills,with an emphasis on communication and collaboration with a diverse variety ofpeople and groupsKnowledge of computer networkoperations, Microsoft OfficePrograms: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, or othercomparable or similar software.Ability to multitask andprioritize effectivelyFlexibility to adapt tochanging needs and priorities.Ability to meet deadlines,assign tasks, and meet established goals and objectives.Customer service orientedGood general health, clean inattire and professional in appearanceAbility to be punctual andmaintain regular attendance.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's degree in facilities management,business administration, or a related fieldProven 5 - 10 years experience in facilitymanagement, preferably in an educational settingRemuneration: NGN200,000 -500,000 Depending on Experience.Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
