Job Description
Facility Supervisor Job Description.
1. Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the building, grounds, and associated equipment.
2. Ensures optimum operation of the building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), safety, and waste management.
3. Tracks facilities service requests and ensures requests are completed within established timelines, quality standards and according to company policies.
4. Schedules and ensures completion of preventative maintenance.
5. Maintains a safe and effective working environment.
6. Trains team on policies and procedures.
7. Coordinates work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades.

Requirements.
1. Must possess a minimum degree of an ND in a related field.
2. Must possess at least five (5) years in similar role.
3. Must possess good leadership and supervisory qualities.
4. Must be a problem solver.
5. Must possess a strong electrical background.
