Job Summary
We are presently sourcing for the position of a Finance Manager for our client, a micro finance bank. The candidate will supervise all financial tasks of the company. The Finance Manager responsibilities will include assessing risk in Loan Portfolio and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have experience crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams.

Job Description
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
Supervise the Update of client loan repayment and Disbursement History.
Carryout strategic data analysis, research and reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Confirm Established Loan Repayment Channels and Optimize Processes.
Conduct Periodic Financial Risk Management.
Allocate Investment resources and manage cash flow.
Conduct profit and cost analysis.
Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential Financial information.
Ensure all accounting activities and audits comply with financial Regulations.
Job Competencies & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
Experience in the micro finance bank will be an added advantage.
Chartered Accountant / ACCA Professional/CFA certified.
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of financial reporting and data Management Tools like BANK ONE
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
