Job Description
· Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and
executing strategy.
· Provide guidance and analysis to executive and operational management to improve results and business expansion.
· Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial and management reports, including income
statement, balance sheet, budget and variance, projections and forecast, and
cash flow.
· Maintain control of the following areas: general ledger, accounts payable, expense
reports, billing, and payroll for the entire value chain
· Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
· Complete budgets and financial forecasts
· Control costs against budgets
· Manage and report Financial accounting processes and procedures
· Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other
transactions
· Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
· Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
· Research and analyze financial reports and market trends
· Provide insightful information and expectations to management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
· Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
· Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
· Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
· Oversee financial department employees, including inventory, financial assistants and accountants
· Provide leadership to finance and accounting areas of the organization.
· Maintain system of accounts and keep books and records on all assets and transactions
from Vendors, customers and other stakeholders.
The incumbent is required to have the following qualifications and experience level:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CA or similar qualification will be
required.
Minimum of 6 years of finance and accounting experience, including finance,
accounting, audit, and analysis (including gathering, evaluating,
presenting, and reporting financial information to management and external
stakeholders).
Financial management in a Retail / FMCG environment
Solid experience in coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget
development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger,
payroll, and accounting for investments.
Detailed commercial and financial acumen, balanced with creative flair
