Job Responsibilities

Posting of financial transactions denominated in local currency on the accounting software.

Posting of financial transactions relating to foreign vendors on the accounting software.

Analysing salary schedule for the month and posting them on the accounting software

Analyzing and posting of paye on a monthly basis for hq and shop staff on the accounting system

Posting rent and other prepayment transaction on the accounting software and maintaining a schedule for that

Reconcilliation of expenses on bank statement to ledger on a monthly basis

Extraction of trial balance, statement of comprehensive income, statement of financial position, fixed asset schedule statement of changes in equity and notes to the fiancial statement.

Disbursement of funds and consumables to company shop managerstoenable them run the shops on weekly basis.

Disbursement of funds for refunds and offsetting of retirement during weekly funding for shop managers.
