Job Details Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for Freelance marketers for real Estate company to help our Client in reaching out to customers and developing various marketing strategies for products and services.Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.Responsibilities Market the company product(Landed property)Might go for Inspection with client if the case arisesMaking appointments with and meeting new customersAgreeing sales, prices, contracts and paymentsPromoting new products and any special dealsAdvising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales serviceGiving feedback on sales trends.RequirementsB.Sc/HND/OND in any field,Graduate of Estate Mgt,Law, Marketing,will be additional advertage.Candidate must have 1-2 years experience with any Real Estate FirmMust have worked with or have Marketing of Real Estate product.RemunerationThe Marketers are entitled for N50,000 monthly salary only if He/She meets up with monthly sales, but will receive N10,000 as a monthly Salary if He/She does not meet up.
