Responsibilities
Orient and motivate the staff and employees on weekly and monthly goals to keep them on the task.
Focus on customer satisfaction plans and financial gain strategies.
Promote the company’s image, product, and services.
Be consistently innovative in designing and implementing business development functions and meeting business sales goals agreed for company’s IT Software.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Set milestones and make action plans for the same.
Managing company and client expectations
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking
Set up meetings with potential clients, establish rapport and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Pitching products and/or service
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
To keep healthy relationships with new and existing clients
Follow up regular meetings with both active and prospective clients.
Preparing detailed business plans which cover relevant goals and objectives
Any other itineraries as assigned by the management
Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Business Administration or a relevant field
2 years proven experience as a Sales/Business Development Executive
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office suite (Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel)
Thorough understanding of Marketing and Negotiating techniques and persuasive selling.
Good with numbers
Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skill
Time Management and planning skills
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
The ability to keep objectives and goals firmly in sight
Problem solving skills
Location: Lagos (Mainland)
Remuneration: N80,000 – N10
