Requirements:- Bachelor?s degree in social sciences or a related course;
- Prior relevant business experience with at least 1+ years of experience in a related role
- Proven track record of self-leadership, use of initiative and proactive behaviour;
- Skilled in general office administration
- Planning, prioritization & problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal customer service skills

Job Description
- Attend to all visitors (walk-in) in a professional and courteous manner determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Handle all mails, telephone messages, ensuring effective transfer to and through appropriate channels;
- Maintain a proper filing system (for soft and hard copy files), ensuring an easy to access system and periodic backup.
- Supervise the effective storage of office equipment and supplies, ensuring safety, prudent use and proffering cost saving solutions;
- Assist in office management, keeping and maintaining databases of suppliers, service schedule etc.
- Assist in the management and coordination of activities when there is an event at the office.
- Receive complaints from customers and direct to the appropriate unit for resolution
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
- Provide information about the organization, such as the location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars as directed by unit heads.
- Prepare requisitions for office supplies
- Provide general administrative support as instructed by the line manager
- Manage the personnel in charge of janitorial services
- Ensure the office reception area is properly managed and always with the appropriate corporate ambiance and decorum
