Requirements:BA, B.Sc, Masters degree in any Social Science Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities:Receiving and welcoming guests

Taking phone calls and attending to customers- enquiries in a civil manner

Receive and dispose incoming mails and other materials

Informing guests of the rates and services

Making and confirming reservations for guests

Ensuring proper room allocation

Registering and checking guests

Confirming relevant guest-s information

Verifying guests- payment method

Periodic checks on unoccupied rooms for faulty appliances and general neatness

Perform other duties as may be assigned by the MD
