Job Description
The ideal candidate should be:
- A graduate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Computer literate (word / excel, etc.)
- Problem-solving, instant decision-making skills
- Time-management and negotiation skills in all aspects of reception operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent as the first face / virtual/other correspondence contacts of the clinic with customers
- Diary management of clinical appointments
- Management of consultant’s schedules and appointments
- Courteously greeting guests, making them feel comfortable, addressing their immediate needs
- Taking and redirecting phone calls,
- Answering inquiries and assisting other members of staff where necessary
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
- Sorting correspondence,
- Answering client inquiries,
- ordering office supplies, doing paperwork
- collecting payments,
- updating records and files,
- maintaining schedules
- maintaining the reception area clean and organized
- Includes others not mentioned but pertains to all aspects and duties of receptionist operations.
