· Excellent leadership and people management skills
· Excellent customer service orientation
· Experience of office administration
· Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
· Ability to work well under pressure
· Thorough knowledge of food and hospitality business
· 8 – 10 years’ experience working in a high
traffic restaurant
· Bachelor’s degree or HND required. Post-graduate degree or membership of professional association would be an
added advantage
