Requirements:Must have 1 year and above. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS :HND/BSC in Business Administration or any other related field.

Excellent communication skills, including writing, public speaking and interpersonal communication.

Good goal-setting, strategic planning and motivation skills.

Experience with a variety of personalities and backgrounds in the workplace.

Superior presentation and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of best finance and operations practices for their industry.Responsibilities:Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.

Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.

Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.

Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.

Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.

Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.

-Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
