Job Description
Develop and implement strategic plans, in consultation with the Commercial Director, for business growth
for the business unit
Manage client relationships, ensure client retention and drive client satisfaction
Drive profitable GTV growth through increasing our customer wallet share and on boarding new clients
Expand service offerings to clients, get buy in for end to end logistics services
On board new clients, expand client base
Drive profitability, ensure target take rates are met
Manage cash flows through timely waybill collection, invoicing and payment collection
Drive stake holder satisfaction
Drive tech adoption amongst all stake holders
Ensure employee satisfaction within the team
